TEL-AVIV. THE CURTAIN INJECTION OF THE PILE FOUNDATION
TEL-AVIV. THE CURTAIN INJECTION OF THE PILE FOUNDATION During the installation of the pile foundation, the contractor accidentally drilled a waterproof layer of soil. A powerful stream of water with clay impurities, whose velocity was ~ 200 m3 / h, broke out of the borehole. To stop the water supply and fill the formed voids, a system of SPETEC PU N450 and PU H100 polyurethane resins in the complex with micro cement was injected into the ground. Resins instantly foamed and suppressed the water supply, preventing water from washing the micro cement. In turn, the micro cement has filled the voids and strengthened the soil. Читать далее
MOSCOW, B. PIROGOVSKAYA STREET. RECONSTRUCTION OF PASSAGE CHANNEL
MOSCOW, B. PIROGOVSKAYA STREET. RECONSTRUCTION OF PASSAGE CHANNEL At this facility, our customers encountered complete corrosion of the reinforcement, widespread destruction of concrete and numerous fungal lesions caused by systematic filtration of water through the joints and the concrete body of the bearing structures of the canal. The bearing capacity of the coatings was restored using the external reinforcement system with materials Tp-Renewal W240 / 200, Tp-Renewal W240 / 400, Tp-Renewal Hi-Mod on binders Tp-Renewal 300 and Tp-Renewal 400; created a continuous waterproofing with injection materials Tp-Injection PU 1100, PU 2100 and AC 3100. ITALY. WATERPROOFING OF THE TUNNEL JOINTS
ITALY. WATERPROOFING OF THE TUNNEL JOINTS In the tunnel of prefabricated concrete tubing 8 km in length, numerous leaks and infiltration of water through the seams between tubings were found, which was caused by deformation and damage to the existing waterproofing of the tunnel. The solution to this problem was the sealing of seams between tubing with SPETC PU N450 injectable polyurethane resin (~ 6 tons), which is used both in moistened and dry structures. Читать далее
MOSCOW. VOLUME ISOLATION OF THE TEMPLE OF ALL SAINT ALEKSEEVSKY MONASTERY
MOSCOW. VOLUME ISOLATION OF THE TEMPLE OF ALL SAINT ALEKSEEVSKY MONASTERY In the basement of the Church of All Saints Alekseevsky Stauropegic Women's Monastery, due to the lack of waterproofing, most of the walls were in a constantly water-saturated state, which led to the appearance of fungus and mold on the walls. Also, during prolonged rains the basement was flooded with water coming through the joints in bearing structures. To restore the existing waterproofing, the water-saturated sections of the cellar walls were filled with acrylic gel Tp-Injection AC 3100 with addition of Tp-Injection Pol 3000. The acrilate gel with additive was pumped through the basement walls, into the ground, creating a waterproof shield throughout the area of the problem areas of the cellar. Читать далее
